Sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

My philosophy is therapy sessions are what you put into them. I create a calm and relaxed environment that you can utilize to benefit yourself the most; because you are the expert in your own life. Sessions can use multiple modalities and therapy tactics in order to provide you with the most helpful service.
